Sally Parsonage B.Sc., Ph.D., R.Nutr., C.I.S.S.N., Nutrition Division Head at IMG Academy International Performance Institute. My career in nutrition has spanned many areas and environments, ranging from academic teaching and research, to journalism and media and into the enhancement of performance, and this is now my passion. Working with elite athletes at one of the premier training establishments in the USA has given me a unique insight into the how nutrition can be a critical factor in creating high level performance. My current focus is on creating courses that give sound academic foundations but which also offer the development of professional practice, so that when faced with an aspiring athlete, the theory can be translated into practice and boost performance.
